St. Anne High School will dismiss all students at 12:30pm. St. Anne Grade School car riders and town students will be dismissed at 12:25pm with bus riders dismissed at 12:40pm. Additionally, all after-school practices and activities are cancelled for Friday.
KCC Main Campus and all extensions are closing at 12noon
Iroquois West CUSD 10 will be conducting an early release schedule today, Friday, March 3. We will use the normal early release schedule. Grades K-5 will release at 1:00. Middle school at 1:18. High School at 1:30. Morning KACC classes will be held. Students will not attend SALT or Bryce today.
Central School disctrict will dismiss at 11:45 a.m. They are not sending students to Kankakee Area Career Center.
City of Hoopeston is putting the snow routes in affect starting at 10am thru 9 pm today to cover the storm time frame of up to 3 inches of snow with 45 mph winds has been predicted for this area. Residents need to remove vehicles from the snow routes during this time period
The Watseka Police Dept is reminding citizens of the Snow Ordinance that if we get more than 3" of snow, vehicles must be moved off the street so that plows can clear the streets. It shall be unlawful to park or to leave standing any vehicle on any public street in the City at any time within twelve hours after a snowfall of 3" or more has occurred unless the snow has first been plowed or removed from said streets.
