Four jurors were seated Monday in Iroquois County for the murder trial of Andrew Condon. The rural Ashkum man is facing two-counts of murder for the October 2012 shooting death of 27-year-old Jonathan Rubin of Danforth. The victim was killed at a Gilman gas station where he worked as an attendant.
Condon has been jailed since his arrest in early November of 2012.
Judge Gordon Lustfeldt is hearing the case.
