Community leaders are urged to make cooling centers available for those who may not have access to air-conditioning as the hot, humid weather makes a return this week.

Public buildings, schools, churches and community centers could be used for cooling centers for people to escape the hot temps and humid conditions. 

Showers and T-storms are likely to develop, mainly late afternoons.  Heavy rainfall could produce localized flooding.
