The 21st Judicial Circuit is back in session -- after the extreme cold weather postponed Court for two days this week.

The Iroquois and Kankakee County Circuit Clerk’s offices are open today (Friday). Court is in session.

Respective Circuit Clerk Staff members extend a Thank You in advance for patience.

Those individuals who had court dates Wednesday and Thursday when the Courthouses were closed will be notified for new court dates. Official Notices by regular mail will be issued. Online notices are also available on Circuit Clerk sites.

Several courthouses and county/city administrative offices resumed regular activity today (Friday).
