A Wednesday afternoon shooting in Kankakee is under investigation.  Kankakee Police report a 29-year-old man was wounded in the 1700-block of E. Cedar Street around 4 pm.  The injuries were not life-threatening.    The victim was treated at a local hospital.  Police reported the shooters fled in a gray SUV.  Anyone with info is asked to call detectives or CrimeStoppers at 815-932-7463.
