Work is underway on the new entrance for CSL Behring along Illinois Route 50 in Bradley. Ground was broken (Wednesday) for the entrance – that’ll put an end to so many traffic hassles along that route. Local officials, transportation leaders and others are all working together to improve the area. For too long, traffic on Route 50 and Armour Road has boggled traffic, especially during shift changes at CSL Behring.

The Illinois Department of Transportation stepped up efforts to get the road improvement project on the front-burner. The new entrance is expected to be in use by the first-quarter of next year.
