Danville Police report a teenager is dead and three others injured the result of a single-vehicle crash Monday night.

The victim was a sixteen-year-old female. Three other people in the vehicle...all females, ages 14, 17, and 20....were treated for injuries at a local hospital.

The victim killed is now identified as 16-year-old D’nija Nicole Parker of Danville.

The others were not identified.

Police said their vehicle left the road near the intersection of Griggs and Beard Streets and slammed into a building. It happened at 8:30 pm. An Accident Reconstruction Team is reviewing the crash.
