Danville Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man was shot to death Thursday night. Detario Johnson of Danville was identified by Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden. An autopsy was planned.

In a news release, Police reported officers were called around 9:15 p.m. to a residence along Bremer Avenue. They found the victim shot in the chest. He died at a hospital.
