The Veterans Affairs Illiana Healthcare System is set to go with its Veterans Day Parade honoring the service of the many veterans who live on the Danville campus and throughout the area. This is a first-ever Veterans Day parade. It’s ready to step off at 10 am today. The parade traffic will loop around the VA campus. Melissa Spady, acting public affairs officer, said so many people have jumped onboard to help organize this.
