Hoopeston Police report the arrest of a 21-year-old man twice, for a domestic distrubance.  Willam Rossolille of Hoopeston was to be arraigned in Danville following two arrests Thursday.  Hoopeston officers were dispatched to the 500-block of E. Thompson Avenue about 2:45 yesterday morning.  Rossolille was charged with criminal damage to property.  Later, officers responded again to the msame location at 8:40 am where Rossolille was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.
