Four people were jailed in Livingston County after police conducted a traffic stop and then searched a trailer park residence.  Charged with possession of a controlled substance were: 33-year-old Steven Carls of Fairbury, 31-year-old Felicia Bustle, 29-year-old Darien Zeller and 32-year-old Timothy Legner, all of Pontiac.  Sheriff Tony Childress reports all four face felony charges for unlawful delivry of heroin.  Other charges are pending. 

The investigation was carried out by the Pontiac Drug Unit, Livingston County Proactive Unit, Pontiac Police, County Sheriff's Polcie and the State's Attorney's Office.
