A single car rollover accident in Newton County, Indiana Thursday led to a DUI arrest.  26-year-old Matt McClain of Kentland was charged by Newton County sheriff deputies with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  Deputies responded to the rollover at County Road 600-South.

Brook Fire and Newton County Ambulance were also at the scene.

Watseka Polcie arrested 45-year-old Scott Baker Wednesday.  He was discovered inside a home on Victory Avenue when police observed an open door st the vacant residence.  Baker was charged with criminal trespass and possession of a hypodermic needle.
