Election Day has arrived.  Polls will be open until 7 pm.  Iroquois and area county results will be followed by 94.1 WGFA News beginning just after 7 pm. 

A record number of people have already cast early-vote ballots.  Election officials report more people than ever took advantagte of early-voting.  Iroquois and Kankakee County officials report the number of early-votes surpassed the numbers cast in the last presidential election.  The state board of elections says nearly one-point-three-million people opted to cast an early ballot through Monday morning.
