The East Central Illinois Community Action Agency is reminding individuals and families who qualify that they can receive direct payments toward their energy bills. The agency, based in Danville, warns you should not wait until you receive a disconnection notice. Call now for an appointment while funds are still available.

During the COVID pandemic, customers must call or stop by the office to schedule an appointment.  Customers may request a virtual or face-to-face appointment.
The East Central Illinois Community Action Agency serves Ford, Iroquois and Vermilion Counties.

Vermilion County residents may continue to apply for energy bill assistance at the ECICAA office on North Vermilion Street in downtown Danville.  The Ford County office is at 101 West Ottawa in Paxton, and the Iroquois County office is at 219 North Central Street in Gilman.
