The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Fairbury Police arrested James DeMattia on charges of possessing child porn and Indecent Solicitation of a Child. The felony charges brought a bond of $20,000. Demattia is accused of soliciting to meet a child under the age of 16. He is also accused of possessing nude photos/videos of a child under the age of 13 in Fairbury.
