An 18-year-old Morocco, Indiana motorist was killed this week in a single-car crash.
Jeremy Simoneau (Sim-uh-NO) was pronounced dead at the scene Wednesday.

Newton County Sheriff's Police reported the victim's car was northbound on County Road 150E at a high rate of speed when it crossed over State Road 114 and left the roadway. The vehicle went airborne before running into a grove of trees. Alcohol has not been determined as a factor in the crash.

The Newton County Coroner's office, State Police, Iroquois Township Fire and Newton County Ambulance personnel were all one the scene.
