A man tryting to change flat tire was struck and killed on I-65 in Jasper County, IN Wednesday morning.  25-year-old Miles Williams of Noblesville (IN) died at the scene when a passing SUV hit him and his disabled vehicle.  State Police and Jasper County Sheriff's Police were at the scene north of State Road 10 at the Demotte/Roselawn exit.  Keener Township Fire also responded. The other driver from Galesburg, Michigan was not injured.  The investigation continues.
