A single vehicle crash in Livingston County (Sunday) left one person dead. The accident happened about 12:15 am.  The County Coroner’s Office reported a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Daryn Kacvinsky of Long Point was southbound on 300 East Road when he left the roadway and entered the ditch.  The vehicle struck then culvert and rolled before coming to a rest south of 2100 North Road near Flanagan. Kacvinsky was pronounced dead.

The Illinois State Police, Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Flanagan Fire Department SELCAS and the Coroner’s Office responded to the incident.
