FBI puts up $10,000 reward for Pendleton

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Dracy "Clint" Pendleton.

The man accused of firing on a Mahomet police officer is a subject of an FBI bulletin. Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Pendleton is urged to contact the Illinois State Police at (618) 542-1483 or the FBI's Springfield Field Office at (217) 522-9675.

Champaign County Crime Stoppers is also offering up to $1,000 for information that directly leads to the identification and apprehension of Pendelton. Call (866) 765-8327 to provide information.

The Pope County Sheriff said Wednesday that several citizens have reported seeing the man accused of shooting a Mahomet police officer this past weekend.
