A 29-year-old Kankakee man was arrested by KAMEG agents Friday when a warrant was issued at a Kankakee apartment. 

Nickolas Skaggs was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of ammunition.  He was also charged with having no FOID card. Agents seized two shotguns, a handgun and ammunition.
