Finance Director Anita Speckman provided quarterly cash trends for the general fund, health department, 911, joint dispatch and highway. Worksheets list average cash balances, the annual budget and monthly operating cash.
Speckman reported to the Finance committee about the timing of the FY18 budget while providing an example of the budget meeting calendars used in the past three years. The committee agreed to the budget hearing dates for July 24 and 25th from 9 am ‘til 12 Noon.
