Fingers crossed - 2-21 Iroquois County Fair on the calendar

It’s an event ‘Where Friends and Family Meet’ - and the Iroquois County Fair is ready to greet visitors again. The 2021 event is on the July calendar (13-18). And the always popular, well-attended fair at Crescent City is so, so ready to open the gates for summer activity again.

The Fair, a Tuesday thru Sunday run (July 13-18) is one of so many summer events pushed to the back burner last year due to the pandemic. Organizers and volunteers of the fair, along with participants and visitors are just anxious for something called normal again. After being locked up for more than a year, the hope is, that even with adjustments, fun will return for fairs, festivals and more.  Debby Krones is Competitive Exhibits Coordinator for the Iroquois Fair said "with cooperation from the health department and our good Governor, if they work with us, we'll make the fair happen."  She said the people involved are confident with COVID guidelines in place we can have fun and be safe this summer.
