Paul Heideman is challenged by Ryan Meister in Ashkum. In Beaverville, voters choose between Kathleen Hoover and Maggie Duby. A 3-person race in Buckley finds Evan Shockley, Sheree Stachura and Ardell Goetting looking at the mayor’s office. At Onarga, Shane Cultra has a challenge from Sarah Barnett. And in Woodland, voters will choose between Jamie McGahan and Ricky Grosvenor Sr.

Iroquois County also has several township races contested, including positions for Supervisor, Highway Commissioner, Clerk and Trustee seats. There’s also Township Assessor and contested Library District seats.
