Ford and Iroquois counties are not included, but the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for all of East Central Illinois until Sunday morning.
Rain is expected all weekend as the remnants of Tropical Storm Gordon enter Illinois. Four to six inches are possible.
The remnants of Gordon could settle over the Midwest; a slow-moving front is likely to dump several inches of rain. Flooding of rivers and streams could lead to localized flooding. Motorists are advised to pay attention to road postings and avoid Road Closed signs.
The NWS says the west-central parts of Indiana are included.
