Reports of 14 people have been evacauted along the Kankakee River at Wilmington. A flood warning was issued as the waterway continues to rise.  Much of the immediate problem is near the North and South Islands.  People living in the flood-prone areas are urged to take steps to protect themselves and their property.  Flood warnings/ watches are in place tgru Monday.
