Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for local water-ways. Sugar Creek at Milford affects Iroquois County. A FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING... Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast on Sugar Creek from Near Milford downstream to the Iroquois River at Watseka. 

The NWS posting > * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, US-24 (Lafayette Street) threatened in west Watseka.

- At 7 am Thursday the stage was 20.7 feet.  The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.  Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
