Ford County Public Health Department has removed the vaccine registration list from their website. Due to exhausting the registration list and as the vaccine becomes available to the public, FCPHD asks residents to go online to schedule their appointment. If you know of someone who does not have access to a computer, please assist them in going online to register. The Illinois Department of Public Health also created a helpline to schedule your vaccine appointment. To make a vaccine appointment, residents can call 833-621-1284 between 6am and midnight. The call center is open daily. FCPHD will post upcoming clinic information and links to register on our social media pages and website.
