The Loda Lake Road will be resurfaced. Iroquois Paving Corporation has been awarded a $1.4 million bid to improve the 7.4 mile stretch of County road 800N between Melvin and Roberts.

The Ford County Board unanimously approved the project (Monday). The project covers an area from Illinois 115 in Wall Township south of Roberts to Illinois 54 in Dix Township south of Melvin.
