There was a man-hunt in Ford County Thursday… two suspects are now in custody. Illinois State Police were involved in a several-hour search which included an air-patrol along several roads. The search focused near and around the town of Roberts. Police said the final person was caught late Thursday morning. A plane circled the fields while a foot search involved personnel and a K-9 team.

Illinois State Police engaged in a chase after officers with the Racine, Wisconsin Police Department reported a robbery at a Chase Bank location in Racine Wednesday afternoon. Two masked men fled in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash from an ATM.  The fleeing vehicle ended up in Ford County and the two men ran away. They were arrested after multiple agencies helped with the search.
