Five central-Illinois counties are sharing grand monies to improve technology and resources available for litigants who represent themselves in court.  The 11th Judicial Circuit finds Ford and Livingston counties among the recipents of two Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator grants of almost $32,000.  Ford and Livingston join Woodford, Logan and McLean counties.  It's the fourth grant year for the Eleventh Illinois Judicial Court.
