Although un-contested in Tuesday's General Election, four new names will join the Iroquois County Board. The June Primary Election ushered in new people to represent the county citizens on the 20-person Board. Three of the new faces are in District 4. Doug Geiger, Scott Watts and Mitchell Bence will be voices for District 4 along with incumbent John Zumwalt. Geiger was the District's top vote-getter Tuesday with 27% of the votes.
Raymond J. Williams will also represent District 3 along with incumbents Donna Crow, Charles Alt and Paul Bowers. Crow was the District's top vote-getter with 28%.
District 1 incumbents re-elected were Chad McGinnis (28%), Michael McTaggart, Lyle Behrends and Paul Ducat.
Incumbents elected in District 2 were Gerald 'Jed' Whitlow (29%), Barb Offill, Steve Huse and John Shure.
