An 18-year-old Fowler teenager faces charges in the fatal shootingmof another teen in Hope, IN.  Joseph Kidwell was arrested for reckless homicide for the shooting death of 18-year-old Jesse Bragg.  Authorities said the incident happened Saturday, November 26.  Details were not available.  Bartholemew County Sheriff's Police investigated.  

Hope is just North-eastr of Columbus Indiana.
