The investigation continues into a fatal accident in Grundy County. It happened (Thursday evening) on the Goodfarm Road near the Camps blacktop when the westbound vehicle ran under a semi. The Grundy County Coroner’s Office reports an autopsy was planned (Friday). The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Samantha Serena. Grundy County sheriff’s police continue the investigation.
