It's been a downward trend at the gas pumps.  Triple A reports the national average for a gallon of regulat fuel is down to $3.87 today.  It's a penny less than yesterday.  Last week's price was $3.93 and a month ago it was $4.35.  Local prices range from $3.73 to about $3.79.
