The Ford County Emergency Management Agency and American Red Cross will be installing free smoke alarms in Gibson City April 11.  It's part of the Red Cross Sound the Alarm program.  EMA officials are seeking individuals to sign up for appointments to have the free smoke alarms installed in their homes.
