An altercation in Hoopeston Monday afternoon led to the arrest of 27-year-old Chaes Miles of Gilman. Miles allegedly scuffled with police in the 500-block of W, Main Street.Charges against him include aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a weapon by a street gang member, possessioin of a weapon by a felon, possession of Meth, resisting arrest and aggravated battery to a police officer. Miles was jailed at the Public Safety Building in Danville.
