Fairbury Police and the Livingston County Proactive Unit arrested 37-year-old Rocky Nelson of Gilman on sex charges.  Nelson's arrest May 6 brought four felony charges against him in what police say is an ongoing investigation for child sex crimes.  Nelson now faces charges of indecent solicitation of a child, solicitation to meet a child, and traveling to meet a child.  Additional charges include aggravated delivery of meth.
