The City of Gilman is looking for law enforcement help following the recent resignatioin of officer Brian Norton.  Norton is joining the Ford County Sheriff's Department.

The Gilman Star reports the Gilman City Council may initiate tal;ks with the Iroquois County Sheriff's Department for contractural patrol help or seek a sharing program with the a neighboring town. Just tzhree applicants have shown interest so far in Gilman's advertised vacancy.
