A domestic disturbance at a Gilman residence resulted in an arresting-officer breaking his leg. The un-identified officer underwent surgery at Carle Hospital in Urbana.

It was Saturday when Gilman Police arrested 40-year-old Danielle Boudreau. The Gilman woman was charged with domestic battery, resisting arrest and aggravated battery to an officer.

Gilman Police were called to the residence. During a struggle with Boudreau, the officer broke his right leg.

Boudreau is free on bond, arrested with assistance of the Iroquois County Sheriff’s Police.
