Golden Arches returning to Watseka

It's been a long wait.  McDonald's makes its return to the city of Watseka tomorrow (Tuesday).

A brand new McDonald's restaurant open to tzhe public at 10:30 in the morning, ready to greet customers for the lunch-time rush. The new restaurant represents McDonald's "Experience of the Future," featuring state-of-the-art equipment, a side-by-side drive-thru, digital kiosks and more.  Owner Wayne Jarosh says the new store --- at 504 W. Walnut Street --- offers customers new levels of convenience, engagement and service.

The new restaurant, new location is the comeback story after repeated floods in Watseka ruined the former facility at the intersection of Route 1 and 24.  The new site is just about a half-mile east of the original location, still on Route 24.

Wayne and his wife, Marsha, pride themselves on being dedicated members of the communities and in which they do business and also a respected employer.
