Gordyville USA is under new ownership. The popular property site has been the setting for several WGFA broadcasts over the years. The Midwest Ag Expo in January always on the broadcast schedule.
Gordyville USA was built in 1988. The 160,000-square-feet event center is well known throughout the Midwest as it has hosted rodeos, tractor pulls, country music concerts, livestock events, craft shows and trade shows.
The Gordyville sale transaction was confirmed this week.
Former owners, the Hannagan Family, extend a ‘Thank You’ to the community for the loyalty and enthusiasm for the event center over the years.
In a prepared press release, The Hannagan Family states “As we pass the torch to the new owners, we look forward to witnessing the next chapter of Gordyville USA unfold. We are confident that they will build upon the foundation we’ve laid, infusing new energy and ideas into this beloved event center.”
The event center’s new owner is said to have promised to keep the popular name – Gordyville USA.
The racetrack was put up for sale in May 2022.
“Our vision is to maintain and elevate Gordyville USA as a premier event center with continued support and enjoyment from the local communities for years to come,” the buyer said in a statement.
