36-year-old Mitchell Tousignant of Dwight faces prison time if convicted for class 4 felony charges.  The Grundy County grand jury indicted Tousignant for unlawful possession of fetanyl.  He was arrested in January by the Grundy County Proavtive Unit.  Tousignant was also charged with another class 4 felony from a 2023 case.

A LaSalle County man was also indicted.  37-year-old Dwayne Daniels of Streator was arrested by the Grundy County Proactive Unit for manufacturing and delivery cocaine.  He was arrested in Morris March 7.
