Faculty and staff at Governor State University in University Park have filed notice if their intent to strike.  The  Illinois Federation of Teachers -Local 4100 filed a 10-day intento to strike notice.  The notification was sent to the Illinois Education Labor Relations Board Monday.  

Nine months of negotiations have been ongoing.  Management workload is still unresolved.  April 7th is the earliest any strike could begin.
