The cause of a fire at the Patrick Haley Mansion in Joliet is underway.  No one was hurt when fire broke out around 4:30 pm Wednesday in the popular wedding venue.  Several fire units responded, shutting down area streets nearby.  The extent of damage isn't accessed yet, but authorities do not believe the building will be a total loss. 

The Patrick Haley Mansion is a popular and historic wedding venue, known for its distinct tower and extensive porches.  Construction of the property began in 1891.  The website describes the structure as "one of the most unique and stunning wedding venues in the Chiagoland area. "
