A Candlelight Vigil is set for 6:30 pm Thursday on the Kankakee Courthouse lawn as Harbor House reflects on the victims of domestic violence.  It's the 7th annual vigil to support victims who have died and those who have survived domestic violence.  The public is asked to wear purple to show support of the victims.  October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Harbor House operates support shelters in Iroquois and Kankakee counties.  More info is at harborhousedv.org
