Parts of Iroquois, Ford and Livingston counties were dealing with excessive runoff following this (Tuesday's) morning's heavy rainfall.  An urban and small stream flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service.  The advisory area included up to 3 and 3.5 inches of rain.  Several roads had the potential for flooding.  Motorists are advised to be aware of changing road conditions.
