A Livingston County heroin dealer has been sentenced to four years in prison. 29-year-old Felicia Bustle of Odell pled guilty to unlawful delivery of heroin, a class two felony.

Bustle and 30-year-old Elisha Hallam, and 43-year-old Carlos Montes were arrested on October 4th by the Dwight Narcotics Unit. During the investigation, 14 grams of heroin, 14 hypodermic syringes, 16 bags of heroin residue inside, drug paraphernalia and a 2011 Cadillac Utility vehicle was seized.
