Danville High School hosts the 48th Viking Invitational Marching Band Contest Saturday. Several area high school bandfs will participate.  School classifications include Class A, 2-A, 3-A and 4-A.  The Class A bands perform beginni g at 4:30 pm.  Nine groups have entered the competition.  Admission is $10 for Adults, Students pay $7 (K-12) and $7 for Seniors.  The gates open at 3 pm.
