69-year-old Marty Fink of Hoopeston faces arraigment in Vermilion County today.  He was arrested over the weekend for Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon, Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card, and Altering a Firearm.  Hoopeston Police responded to a residential disturbance and leanred Fink was in possession of a shotgun.
