A loud noise complaint triggered an investigation by Hoopeston Polcie and the arrest of a Danville man.  19-year-old Caleb Barber was to be arrainged in Vermilion County following his arrest in the 700-block of S. 1st Avenue in Hoopeston.  Police reported Barber walked away from officers refusing an order to stop.  At the same time a police dispatch indicated Barber may have had a gun in his backback.  A search of the subject revealed a gun and illegal drugs.
